You may request a return if:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
Note: Certain items such as clearance sale products, personalized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at contact@weballer.com within 7 days of receiving the product
Share your order ID, product name, and reason for return
We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our fault
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product:
Please return the item for a refund
Place a new order for the desired product
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photos or video as proof
We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund, based on availability
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
